Please review the terms and conditions below before signing your affiliate agreement. By participating in our program, you agree to operate professionally, ethically, and in accordance with the guidelines outlined below.
Commission Structure
We reward our affiliate partners with competitive commissions for every successful referral.
Affiliate Partner
15% commission on all qualifying installation packages.
15% recurring monthly residual on eligible SaaS subscriptions.
Monthly residual commissions are paid for a maximum of 24 months per active client.
Strategic Partner (Invitation Only)
20% commission on qualifying installation packages.
20% recurring monthly residual on eligible SaaS subscriptions.
Strategic Partner status is available by invitation and subject to management approval.
Payout Terms
To ensure accurate and transparent payments, commissions are processed according to the following terms:
Commissions are earned only on successfully collected payments.
No commissions are paid on refunds, chargebacks, failed transactions, disputes, or canceled subscriptions.
A 30-day holding period applies after each successful client payment before commissions become eligible for payout.
Affiliate payouts are processed monthly on the 15th.
Payments are sent through your connected Stripe Account or ACH Direct Deposit, depending on your selected payout method.
Affiliate Responsibilities
As a ClickFund Media AI™ Affiliate Partner, you agree to
Represent ClickFund Media AI™ honestly, ethically, and professionally.
Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims regarding our products or services.
Follow all official branding, logo, and marketing guidelines.
Complete all required tax documentation (including W-9 for U.S. affiliates or W-8BEN for international affiliates).
Provide a valid government-issued ID and accurate payout information for verification.
Promote our services responsibly while maintaining a professional reputation.
Program Terms
Participation in the ClickFund Media AI™ Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
ClickFund Media AI™ reserves the right to:
Review and approve affiliate applications.
Modify commission rates or program policies with prior notice.
Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate program terms or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices.
Reject commissions generated through spam, unauthorized advertising, or prohibited promotional methods.
Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and reporting their affiliate income.
